Lokalizacja. Blisko parku i blisko do centrum Estes Park

Mieliśmy 2 noclegi. Pokoj z 3 łóżkami. Po pierwszym otwarciu drzwi powalił zapachem stechlizny. Niby odnowiony i nie wyglądał źle, ale... Mam astmę alergiczna dobrze kontrolowana, nie miałam napadu od ponad 2 lat.. O 3a.m. dostałam napadu, a resztę nocy spędziłam w samochodzie. Na 2 noc zażyłam duże dawki leków, zeby przetrwać. Śniadanie jest od 7, więc pierwszego dnia nie poszliśmy, bo jechaliśmy w góry o 6. Zjedliśmy po drodze. I dobrze, bo 2 dnia poszliśmy na śniadanie i... pojechaliśmy do miasta, bo tu była tragedia

The pool was great, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was awesome!

Suite with balcony was beautiful. Close to everything.

No towels in pool area. Breakfast needed a few more options

Only positive thing is the location, just a short walk to Lake Estes, and we even got to see a herd of elk passing right by the property on their way to the lake area.

We had a very disappointing stay and cannot recommend this hotel. Our room was never cleaned once during our entire three-day stay, despite multiple requests made both in person at the front desk and through Booking.com. We would leave for RMNP in the morning and return in the evening, only to find the room untouched. When we brought this up, the evening front desk staff simply blamed the morning shift, stated they couldn't take responsibility for promises made by other staff, and told us to take out our own trash. We even had to go front office ourselves just to get clean towels and bath mats every time. To top it all off, the breakfast was awful. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
