Grand Isle Resort & Residences

The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The AC was excellent and parking was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The two pools were clean with plenty of chairs. The beach was beautiful and clean as well. The restaurant food was good...especially the pizza and burger. You may or may not get used to some flies visiting outdoor eaters. This happened at other outdoor restaurants on the island as well. Overall, we would return here to enjoy what Exuma has to offer.

North 23 excellent food and service! Beach and adult pool beautiful setting and layout. Stayed at the 2 bdrm Villa and it is comfortable and well layout and neighborhood is well kept in landscaping and architecture. Beach setting is stunning and so are the properties privately owned overlooking the ocean so rent a golfcart and go explore.

Sadly, Palapa restaurant on the premises service is absolutely terrible as waiters seem to take your order without any rush and food can take more than an hour for appetizer to be served. Also food quality is quite average but overpriced and some items are too greasy to eat like frenchfries. Drinks on the bar are nice and frozen drinks are indeed the best to order. No beach food service is a major drawback and beach bar only opens until 5pm with sunsets at 8pm so drinks and snacks hopefully can be served in the future. North 23 restaurant only opens for dinner and woukd be great of they could extend drinks & light snacks in aduly pool area as their premises are equipped and at close distance to guests.

The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. My wife and I stayed 4 nights M-Th. The property is a large gated Villa community and our One Bedroom suite was very spacious. The property was extremely clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The Palapa restaurant was the only dining option on Monday and Tuesday as the Jerk Hut and 23 North are only open starting Wednesday. We rented a golf cart for $30 per day to assist with getting around the community and was well worth it. We spent the majority of the days on the beach and chairs/umbrellas are set up daily along with clean towels. The service was nice at the restaurant yet a bit on the slower side which we did not mind. The closest convenience store is a 7 min drive and a larger grocery store is about 10-15 taxi drive. If you want food/items delivered to you; you can request the items 72 hours before arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Convenient location for pools and restaurants. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Such a beautiful setting and hardly anyone there, literally had the place to ourselves - perfect.
