On the positive side, the location was excellent and public transport was very close by. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and we found the hotel without any trouble at all.

The breakfast was very basic with a limited selection. Both the mattress and the pillows were way too soft for a comfortable night's sleep. There were also a few cleanliness issues in the room. However, what disappointed me the most was that the tableware was from Ikea; I firmly believe that a world-class hotel should use proper, professional hotel-grade dinnerware.

Good location, cleanliness, tasteful breakfast, no sounds from outside despite our room was directed to the main street.

Shower screen in bathroom could be bigger so the water is not splashing around when taking a shower. There was only one coffee machine in the breakfast space so people had to wait in long queue for their tea or coffee.

朝食のビュッフェが大変美味しく色々なパンや生野菜、チーズ、ヨーグルトがあって、朝食の時間が待ち遠しかったです。

家族の中には部屋が狭いと言っているものがいました。二人部屋は二人のスーツケースを広げるのが精一杯だったので、欲を言うともう少し広い方がよかったかなと思いました。

Decent location, quite clean, and helpfull staff that made the stay pleasant. Ok breakfast, especially if you don't plan on staying too long. Bicycle theme is interesting.

Bathrooms are clean, but would benefit from a redesign - outdated style is showing.
