The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff we encountered were helpful and efficient.

I needed to contact reception during the night because it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room (perhaps they mistook my room for their own) I was very scared and having someone at the end of the phone in a large hotel would have been reassuring.

Good beds, ample room in the shower, and a good choice at breakfast time. The hotel also arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport.

Near the train station. Helpful staff. Quick access to the city.

I've stayed in Ibis hotels before, and this one seemed the most unsanitary. Hairs scattered in the shower, the sink and even on one of the towels.
