Location and the room was very good

There was a smell from the drain from the bathroom that was a bit strong and unpleasant.

Atendimento na recepção, funcionário mal educado no check in . Esqueci um boné no meu quarto liguei no dia seguinte e disseram que não localizaram minha reserva ????!!!!!

"Buona soluzione abbastanza economica per due notti"

La posizione è buona (20 minuti a piedi da Ponte delle Catene). La camera piccolina (ma avevo scelto una economy) ma con tutto ciò che serve per passarci la notte. Bagno adeguato (senza bidet) con ampia doccia. Ventilazione bagno così così. Colazione buona (continentale) con poca varietà ma comunque sufficiente. Comodo poter fare il check in il giorno prima per risparmiare tempo.

Il posteggio un pò caro (19€ al giorno) e particolarmente scomodo, stretto e sporco (probabilmente è una collocazione provvisoria perchè stanno ristrutturando quello a fianco). Inoltre non è indicato benissimo (passare prima in reception per farselo indicare) e non collegato internamente con l'hotel (quindi si esce in strada per 150m con i bagagli. La camera era molto calda e il climatizzatore ancora spento. Si affaccia su uno stradone molto trafficato e davanti all'hotel c'è pochissimo spazio per lasciare la macchina momentaneamente.
