Paradox Resort Phuket

Everything was amazing. Highly recommend it. Great value for the money. The staff was great and very helpful, the location was bear the beach and the breakfast had a lot of options.

We stayed in the premium garden villa and it was great. The value for money was perfect. We enjoyed the mint bar and restaurant which is on the beach side of the resort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and tidy. The resort is located in a very quiet part of phuket so it's very quiet. Great for families. The only thing I would've wanted was for the plunge pool in our villa to have an option to heat it. It was very cold and unusable (at least for us)

We are on an 8 weeks SE Asia trip and stayed in multiple 5 star hotels from Singapore to Bangkok and other parts of Thailand including private Islands If you get to Karon book the Parafox and Get the penthouse suite Villa spans over 2 floors with a rooftop plunge pool so worth the extra money we loved it we booked initially for 4 nights and extended to 8 and are still here as the location is great you are steps from the beach markets and temples everything is in walking distance and in your own area it’s super quite definitely get one of the premium Rooms as the main building has renovations going on, we got showed a standard room in the man building and it’s just like every other chain hotel in that range nice and clean but not really a wow -and for 90$ difference it’s not worth staying in a regular room compared to their premium villas and rooms/ suites. Treat yourself you will not regret it. All the staff - besides the initial lady at the receiption (didn’t catch her name ) which said “ well it’s a bit pricey” with an attitude as we walked in sweaty from the beach she probably thought we are cheap and can’t afford it as we didn’t like the hotel we stayed at - all the others are great and awesome very welcoming trying to please every wish you have. When we come back next year we will definitely book again and stay here again.

Very spacious, consists of a huge modern hotel and a large amount of surrounding traditional villas. 3 pools but 1 wasn't open, but it was the inferior one. We stayed in a penthouse villa, with its own small pool under a hut on the upper story, so if you can afford it l highly recommend. Resort is on the beach in a nice central area, very safe and close to food and shop. Karon beach is where you stay if you want to avoid the craziness of Patong and Kata.

Amazing resort. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you Pool bar, inside bar and Mint bar are all lovely Mint bar is reasonable and the Pizzas are great. 100% worth trying We are still here, weather hasn't been on our side, however locality of this hotel is fantastic, everything nearby to keep you occupied Thanks again

My partner and I stayed in the suite with the plunge pool for nine nights. We used to the airport car service to and from the airport for the very reasonable price of 1200 THB. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were mature and well cared for. All the employees were very friendly and genuinely happy. We frequented all of the restaurants on site and found the food to be delicious and consistent in each one. Mint is particularly lovely because it's on the beach and the pizza was surprisingly good since they have a pizza oven which was unexpected. The drinks were well made. I cannot say enough good things about the vast array and quality of the breakfast pastries in Cafe Studio, we ended up choosing that over the breakfast buffet most mornings. Though the breakfast buffet was hard to resist. We would absolutely go back.

This place is beautiful. All staff is kind and will greet you every time you pass by. The ladies at the spa are kind as well. I had a relaxing massage there. Highly recommend the Garden Villa. It can be 2 double beds or 1 king bed. The tour guide company at reception is good too. Took their trip to the Similan Island. A loooong day, but worth it. The price is comparable to other offers too.

This resort was so magical. We had a villa with a plunge pool and the aircon was amazing, the service, the food, the pool and drinks. Onsite spa was incredible and the location was so close to everything we needed. I am going back soon!

Very comfortable place where calm and quiet are the key words. Wonderful breakfast: rich, international and it is amazing that eggs are cooked live as for the pancakes, waffles and pad Thai. Personnel is very welcoming and helpful for everything. Cleaning is top.

Having the best time. Jude has provided exceptional service with a smile on his face and makes a mean cocktail. Deserves a pay rise!!
