"No experience, no feeling"

We wanted to go on the rooftop but it was closed, wanted to go on the outdoor terrace but closed, they directed us to the hotel next which had no atmosphere although a beautiful view. We left. No human connection. No atmosphere. Expecting a better experience from a 4 star hotel. It felt like a dead place.
