Reception is open Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel 48 hours before arrival to get the access code. Cleaning is done once a week. The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival. The reception is open from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00. On Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00.
