Villas at Snowmass CLub

A nice stay in a modern 2-bed villa, with comfortable beds and a handy bus to the ski field. Be aware that the restaurant has limited space, and you won't be able to eat dinner unless you've got a booking. We couldn't get a booking early in the evening, as all the tables had been booked out later, even though they were basically all empty at the time, and I'm sure we could've eaten quickly with young children and then left. The only other option for food available (if you don't leave the unit) is to order pizza delivery from the only place in town that delivers, which took about 2.5 hours. I'd highly recommend that they implement a fast/easy menu for room service (e.g. fries, cut-up fruit, grilled cheese sandwich), so guests aren't left without any food at all on a Friday or Saturday night. I also think more information could be provided regarding the ski options upon check-in, e.g. recommended ski rental options (e.g. more affordable places to try), detailed instructions on how to get to the ski area, and general tips about the town, all provided on a sheet of paper or a booklet. There was only a basic map provided and I had to research everything myself from scratch.

Beautiful ski resort, very close to skiing options and only 10 minutes from downtown

Divine setting, easy access to Snowmass mountain, and the Snowmass Club with spa, pool, sauna, steam room, yoga and fitness classes and facilities, music at the Snowmass Club restaurant and excellent food. Units have plenty of room, fireplace, views, equipped kitchen. We love it here and come back every year!

This is our second visit to the Villas. We love the amenities at the Snowmass Club—fitness classes, jacuzzi, luxurious lounge facilities, kids’ game room. We are staying in Unit 1635 this visit at the Villas at Snowmass. We rebooked the Villas after a wonderful stay in March 2023 due in large part to the amenities at the Snowmass Club. We are so disappointed in our second stay at the Hyatt Snowmass Villas. We rebooked for a stay over the Christmas holidays and are paying over $800 a night for a 2 BR “luxury” condo with no washer/dryer. There is a tiny laundry room in the dingy basement with archaic stacked machines that require a dozen quarters and there is no change machine. My family is wearing dirty clothes on our 4th day so I am forced to stay behind today to find change and do laundry somewhere. Very very disappointing. The registration lounge is also out of coffee (only decaf available) and hot cocoa. And when we walked into our condo, there was a cleaner chilling on the balcony on his phone. It was an odd start to our visit. We talked to the very nice Nicolas at the front desk (he is very professional and pleasant). Apparently only some of the units have W/D and we lucked out in March, but the Villas are at full capacity this week so we got the short end of the stick despite making this reservation 9 months ago. My holiday ski vacation ending with a mountain of laundry to deal with results in a 2 star review (1 star for this stay and 4.5 for March).

It is a great location, and being able to use the Snowmass Club was a treat. The room was spacious and clean. Good parking. I would definitely book this property for my next trip to Aspen/Snowmass

I can't think of anything that could have been better.

Overall, bery nice experience here. Would definitely stay again and longer. Very easy access, quick to Aspen and within walking distance to other nearby trails. Great place during the fall season! Very beautiful location. Only a couple minor negatives: - maids unlocked and barged in on our breakfast well before our checkout time. - hot water was dead through the evening, maintenance could only come after 8 AM the following day to fix it. (A problem if you are planning to start your hike late night into the morning at the Bells.) - communication with after-hours support hotline might feel like calling a cheap basement office, was a little difficult but eventually they came through. Again, very minor incidents but I would highly recommend staying here. I know for sure I will choose to find lodging here again in the future.

Awesome just totally awesome

Easy locations. Has full kitchen, washer and dryer. Even included soap for laundry. Room is clean, neat. Very quiet. Easy to aspen.
