Würzburg hatte am 2. Juni Weekend einen Enterokokken Befall im Trinkwasser. Das Hotel hat es nicht für nötig gehalten, ausreichend sauberes Trinkwasser in Flaschen bereitzustellen, einzig ein Wasserkocher 0.5l zum selfservice stand auf dem Zimmer (gewöhnlich für Tee verwendet). Auf die mehrfache Frage nach Bereitstellung von keimfreien Wasser wurde mit stoischer Gelassenheit der Empfangsdame auf die 0.3l gratis Wasserflasche und den Wasserkocher im Zimmer hingewiesen. Für drei Personen ein No Go. Die Unterkunft ist viel zu teuer für die Qualität und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der persönliche Service ist auch bescheiden.

Die Lage ist zur Erkundung der Altstadt sehr gut geeignet. Alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. An der Ausstattung der Zimmer gibt's nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei.
