Lo que menos me ha gustado es que aunque es mayo y la temperatura debería ser algo mas calida, este fin de semana no ha sido asi, ha sido un fin de semana lluvioso y no hacia calor. Intentamos poner la calefacción un poco pues la habitacion estaba fría y nos dijeron que estaba desconectada en todo el hotel y no se podía poner.. que en esta época del año lo hacen siempre..para ser un 4 estrellas creo que siempre deberías tener la posibilidad de poner el aire acondicionado o la calefacción segun necesidad.

Falta de limpieza en el Baño, las toallas, algún pelo en la bañera, y la bañera con falta de limpieza…que es fundamental 😓
