das Frühstück war einem 4-Stern Hotel nicht entsprechend (überhaupt kein Gemüse, Teeauswahl einseitig)

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig, 700m, von der Stadtmauer in Lucca entfernt 👍. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus zuvorkommend und nett! Es gibt ein fantastisches Frühstücksbuffett! Obwohl wir nur die Basic Zimmer gebucht hatten, war soweit alles da.

Evtl. könnten die Basic-Zimmer einmal renoviert werden, da sie schon recht alte Möbel haben. Da das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt, ist es etwas lauter. Evtl. wären Schallschutzfenster empfehlenswert

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it is located on a busy road, the traffic noise inside the room was much less noticeable than expected. There is a café nearby, and guests can sometimes be heard late in the evening, but overall the noise level was quite manageable. The hotel is very well maintained, and our room, while small, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is very close to Lucca's city center, which can easily be reached on foot or by bus. The availability of free parking was also a major plus. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained hotel with friendly staff, free parking, and easy access to the city center.
