The location is great if you have a car, but I found the 15-minute walk from the train station a bit scary with the heavy traffic, especially when the sidewalks are so narrow. The room price was good, and the breakfast buffet was above average. I loved the tables in the bar area. I found the bar area much more relaxing than the breakfast room.

I was disappointed to hear that they don't turn on the air conditioning until a particular date. The front desk staffer told me to "open a window." That's fine, however, there is a German Shepherd dog that likes to bark most of the day, so I was thrilled I had my sound machine to combat the barking. I don't think a hotel should advertise that it has AC if the staff does not turn it on until a certain date. Transparency with guests who are deciding where to book is very important. The hotel needs to landscape. The outside appearance does not give a good first impression!! At the very least, pick up the trash!
