Staff were helpful and communicative. They assisted with every question and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious and breakfast was such a big variety of things. Clean rooms and comfy beds.

Great location right next to the beach and just a short walk to Bangla street, yet still retaining a nice, laid-back and safe environment. Great service, comfortable and clean rooms. Will strongly consider staying again if I'm in patong.

Some public areas a little dirty but given that some parts of the hotel were undergoing construction and upgrading, it is understandable.
