Every morning feels like a culinary celebration — fresh, perfectly crafted dishes, beautifully presented and made from the highest quality ingredients. The SPA area deserves special recognition. Intimate, elegant, and deeply relaxing, it allows you to completely disconnect from everyday life. Thoughtfully designed with incredible attention to detail, it offers a true reset for both body and mind — from saunas to top-tier treatments. The sauna zone is truly TOP on a national scale! The hotel itself is equally captivating — historic interiors combined with modern luxury create a unique atmosphere that simply cannot be replicated. Its location in the very heart of Kraków is unbeatable, allowing you to feel the pulse of the city right at your doorstep. Special greetings to the wonderful Ms. Natalia, who showed us around the interiors, presented different rooms, and shared the fascinating history of the hotel. Śniadanie bardzo mały wybór owoców, warzyw i soków.

The location is fabulous - right in the heart of the old town surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. The building is beautiful, bedrooms huge and beds very comfortable. The hotel is immaculately clean. The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Breakfast had a good selection of hot (to order) and cold food - omelettes were delicious.

The breakfast service could be a little slow.
