Four Points by Sheraton Rock Springs

My family and I had a medical emergency at the hotel, and the staff were beyond helpful and accommodating to our needs. It's not every day a business does their best to support their fellow man, so we appreciated this far more than I have words for. If you want to feel respected and taken care of even during the harshest of times, these folks will be there for you.

The Clarion is putting finishing touches on a full renovation. It is spacious, clean and modern. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. They have a bar which is not fully opened yet and a restaurant that just opened this weekend. The prices were reasonable in the restaurant. Breakfast was buffet style with two kinds of sausages, two kinds of potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc. they also have made to order omelettes with lots of choices of ingredients. The downside is they’re using plastic throw away utensils. The price was very reasonable for the hotel. I booked last minute as I was driving through.

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious( made to order omelets). Staff was very friendly.

Renovations were in progress but did not affect our experience.

This stay was a pleasant surprise. They are in the process of finishing their complete remodel and it is great. The room was very comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast amazing they even made omlettes for us as part of the free breakfast. Highliy recommend this place.
