Four Points by Sheraton Rock Springs

Place is undergoing serious upgrades! Room felt like new - with heavy room and bathroom doors. Made to order omelettes were a nice surprise.

The room was great. The included breakfast was outstanding— omelets to order. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and great location

The beds were comfortable and the swimming pool was very refreshing.

The hotel was under construction and renovations were incomplete. The restaurant that used to be there was closed and moved to a new location. There is absolutely nowhere to walk your dog., the closest grass was a block away and had to cross 3 asphalt parking lots to get to it. Not very per friendly.

This is the first time ever I was given a key to a room that someone was already occupying without even so much as an apology. I thought it odd that no one ever mentioned the hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Despite those two things, it was a great room and good stay.

Great location, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast. Made to order omelette if you wanted one. Remodeling going on, but it wasn't a problem,
