"Für einen Städtetrip eine gute Wahl in toller Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen im Service"

Zweckmäßiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Direkt am Lendplatz. 10 min zum Kunsthaus, ca 15 min zur Schlossbergbahn. Tolles Kneipenviertel hinten dran. Zimmer zweckmäßig, Boden aus Linoleum, daher hört man die Schritte aus dem Zimmer oben drüber deutlich. Zimmer ein wenig abgewohnt, Bad renoviert und sehr gut. Großer Vorteil des Hauses: Parkhaus aus dem man mit dem Aufzug direkt ins Hotel fahren kann. (19 Euro pro Nacht)

Ach, es waren Kleinigkeiten, die mit dem Service zu tun haben. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Aber zb. Zimmerreinigung ist Glückssache. Bloß keine Zettel an der Tür hängen lassen (egal welchen), das Zimmer wird dann nicht gemacht. Abends an der Bar (die eh ein bissel gemütlicher sein könnte) ist es schwierig, da Bar und Rezeption von einer Person bedient werden müssen. Um 22 Uhr war dann schon nichts mehr zu bekommen. Beim Frühstück wird der Wagen zum Abräumen des Geschirrs zwischen den Tischen hergeschoben und während man isst, wird direkt neben einem das schmutzige Geschirr von den Tischen gestapelt und die Essensreste in einen Eimer geschoben. Das hat uns tatsächlich sehr gestört.

"Die Lage war sehr gut , Zimmer in Ordnung , Personal zuvorkommend, würde falls wir nochmal kämen um ein Zimmer nach hin"

Nachts Gerich altes Frittierfett( Nachtwürstelbude) und eine Nacht durchgehend Alarmsirene- lüften , geöffnetes Fenster nicht möglich
