Hotel, Staff and Location is super

I asked at checkin to provide charge my credit card for the food that was put on the room, they made a copy of the card and told me I would receive a payment link and invoice in the end to pay for it from the company account. However in the end the person at the reception said this is not possible all of a suddan and my employee had to pay the bill himself. Not very good, if we speak about exactly this during check-in and then the hotel cannot do it in the end.

Clean, helpful members of staff.

The rooms and decor are outdated.
