Nice pool and clean facilities.

The hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. 3 of us stayed and every single person said the beds were awful. If they changed out the beds, this hotel would be great, its quiet, good breakfast, but no sleep because you feel like you're sleeping on the floor.

Convenient location and included a nice breakfast.

The beds were horrific. It was like sleeping on concrete blocks. Our party had multiple rooms and they were all the same.

Overall a good experience. Room cleanliness could have been better (floors). Restaurant had good service and food was above average.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast in an area that doesn't have a ton of services. The hotel fits the need well.

The hotel was very strict about early check-in and charging extra for it. This is uncommon in my experience in Iceland and was an unwelcome way to start a stay after an overnight flight. We were only trying to check-in 30-45 minutes early.

Heel dicht bij het centrum, winkels, restaurants

het restaurant viel tegen, s'morgens fruitsap aangelengd met water, geen plaats in het restaurant voor het ontbijt te nuttigen, we moesten in een grote zaal er naast gaan zitten die koud en kil was....

The welcome we got even as we arrived at 9pm was amazing. It was warm greeting and full explanation of the facilities. The outside heated pools are amazing.

Nothing I can add here. Only can I recommend to take sleeping masks, but this is not the fault of the hotel. It just is light very late and very early in the summer months.
