Service Specially the Hotel manager makes you feel very special sends fruit baskets chocolates to the room We had a little misunderstanding when we checked in re Exchange rate ed up being our mistake hotel manager was could in He first apologised not even his fault handled our inquiry professionally politely All the way out stay he made us feel very special each time when we saw him he was there always Thank you so much

We love the hotel Location is what we hoped very close to restaurants Taxi & park Clean very comfortable Our room was upgraded Very spacious Barroom was very nice

Service Location, Last year we stained at Hilton Same location 5 star I was a bit sceptic to stay 4 star But I was wrong this property service is 10 out of 10

I had a very pleasant stay at Occidental Ankara. The overall hotel quality is very nice, with comfortable rooms and a well-maintained atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight: self-service and very plentiful, with a wide variety of food options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and well organized. The location is excellent, close to the vibrant Kavaklıdere area, with many cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The wellness facilities were easily accessible and a great addition to the stay, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Overall, a great choice in Ankara I would definitely recommend it.

The fitness room was missing the appropriate weights.
