Very close to Amazon facility.Very close to fast food.Clean and well kept.

The check in staff did not know how to do their job of checking in.Ended up at 1st paying for the room twice!!

Front door staff was excellent but house keeping stuff sucks

Breakfast was minimal Could have more offerings like eggs, meat, chocolate and white milk, more fresh fruit

Interesting shower in room 313. Loved the hot water and the water pressure.

Cleanliness!!! It was disgusting!! There was layers of grime on all the light switches and plug outlets. Paint peeling on ceiling. Curtains were stained and gross. There was a crappy repair job on bathroom door. For the prices you charge the rooms need to be cleaner and in better condition.

Apparently there was an issue with the systems being used. I was given a key card for a room that was already occupied. Then someone else was given a key card for our room in the middle of the night. It was rather uncomfortable due to the circumstances. It was explained the next morning its due to a change over in systems from Wyndham to the new owners. But still please do better for future customers. Also the first receptionist looked rather ate up and twitchy. Made me wonder where I chose to stay.

First of all the room we booked ahead of time was already taken by someone else. The check in lady was super sweet and helpful but she didn’t have anyone registered to the room she assigned us. When she gave us a new room , there were dead and live roaches on the AC unit. Dead one next to the bed. A ton of old food being the fridge area and a roach crawling in the shower along with another dead one. We went back to the front desk to tell her we would not stay there due to the uncleanliness and roaches. She said she “unchecked us in”, but since I booked in Hotel.com, I did not receive a refund. This was totally beyond our control and I should definitely get my money back. Just a horrible experience at 1 am with kids

Will not stop again

There was a smell of pot . Every time we came in or went out of the motel. Won’t stay there again
