Master bath never had any soaps shampoo we asked to get them refill and nothing happened. Also no room service was ever provided for cleaning or new towels.

We moved to this hotel after a terrible experience at another. The rate is incredible. Our room was perfect. Antoinette made our experience extra nice. She handled all the details when we switched over and we felt very cared for because she was so attentive. You could tell she wanted us to have a great experience. We ended up extending our stay. From now on, when I come to visit, we will 100% stay here.

towels could use updating and bathroom floor tiles very loose ( uncomfortable) television was repaired twice not a big deal

area (location) breakfast was on point for the working ( blue collar people )

It was spacious and clean.

Parking was difficult especially for having a fee and not being asked for car information. The elevator was broken, the Doors such as the stairs and other gates wouldnt let me access inside all night, could only go through the front after a certain time. (We got back at 11 and had to go around)
