Friendly staff, delicious hot breakfast and the bed was comfortable.

The property needs updating. Fabric furniture looked worn, wood furniture had scratches. There were several medium size dark stains on the carpet. I went to the front desk and requested to move to another room, but was told the property was booked. Also mentioned was that the property was due for upgrades, so changing rooms at this time wouldn't guarantee an improved condition.

Manager Antoinette was amazing.! Super nice, greeted us everytime we came in. As did all the front desk personnel. All employees we interacted with were very pleasant. Great stay

Had to pay for parking.

Hotel was cute but the elevator was broke. Had to use the stairs. Normally not a problem but Phoenix is hot as hell. Stairs didn’t help.
