Centralt och mycket bra läge. Mycket bra frukost, med stort sortiment. Hotell rummet, var helt okej. Rent och fint.

Spelade ingen roll för mig. Men Det är en trappa (3-4 steg) precis när man kommer in i hotellet, vilket inte gör det så handikapp vänligt om man nyttjar rullstol.

The hotel eventually arranged a refund for the second payment after we contacted Booking.com the next day. However, this happened only after a very stressful check-in situation. Unfortunately, this experience ruined the first impression of the hotel.

At check-in, the staff refused to let us into the hotel unless we paid for the room again, even though the booking had already been fully paid through Booking.com. We showed both the payment receipt and the payment confirmation in the Booking.com app, but the staff did not accept them. We spent more than an hour dealing with this situation, which caused a lot of stress and frustration. In the end, we were forced to pay a second time for the same booking. After calling Booking.com the next day, the hotel arranged a refund to the card, but waiting several days for the money to return is still an inconvenience. We were not the only guests facing this problem that evening; other people checking in also had to go through arguments and make a second payment. Based on this experience, I cannot consider this hotel reliable or customer-oriented. A guest should not have to solve payment issues between Booking.com and the hotel at the reception. This hotel can easily ruin the start of your trip, so I would not recommend it.
