The cost of the room. They did not offer the veteran discount until after the room was paid for. Not happy about that would like a rebate in the amount of discount toward my American Express card used to pay for the room...

In the bathroom, you could tell the wall had not been cleaned from where somebody had peed all over it. Also, during my entire stay not one room service was done. After being in the room for two days, I noticed that the fitted bedsheet had stains on it from where it looked like someone to drop food. The breakfast was not as advertised. It was simply cereal and bagels. You run able to use the milk because when you looked at the thermometer that was placed inside the refrigerator. It was more than halfway in the red, which was warm and the milk felt warm. There was no coffee nor juice due to their machine was broken. The people who work there treated more like a residence than they do a hotel.

Pleasantly surprised, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Room was super clean, updated, and quiet. Highly recommend this location.
