Villas La Lupita

The hotel is well-located, only about a block and a half from the beach. It's necessary to cross the very busy Costera Miguel Aleman, which isn't easy because pedestrian right-of-way is generally not respected. It's a very small hotel with a tiny pool that gets very little sunshine (at least in mid-December). There were three of us...my wife and I and our adult daughter...and we had a double bed and a single bed in the small room. The TV is perched above a mirror, and it's very difficult to watch it comfortably. We felt secure in the hotel, and made use of the in-room safe to guard our passports and visas and some cash. Other items of value, such as a laptop computer and cell phones, were openly left in the room while we were away at the beach, and nothing ever came up missing. We're all bilingual, and found the hotel staff to be very attentive and friendly. We went to a concert at the Forum Mundo Internacional (Marco Antonio Solis) on our first night there, and the front desk staff gave us easy directions to the venue. We stayed for two nights, and spent the rest of our time on Malibu beach. My daughter and I had one breakfast at the Restaurante Las Gaviotas (nothing to write home about), in front of the hotel. We enjoyed two meals at the nearby El Zorrito restaurant, on Costera Miguel Aleman (good choice!). We've stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout Latin America and the U.S., and this one is an acceptable alternative to the high-rise, overpriced hotels on the beach.

This is a very clean, basic hotel in a good location only 1 block from the main street where all of the restaurants and shops are located. Very convenient! The only downfall is that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

Central location with parking. We rented a car but didn’t use it much. Very clean hotel. Very well maintained. Excellent service. Strongly recommended for people wanting to have an affordable vacation and a firsthand impression of Mexican culture and food. Not the resort- type hotel if you are looking for a more luxurious stay.

Verry clean, there is always someone at the desk to help. Location is good, close to banck and food locations.

Hotel location was great! right next to a mall and a bank. It was smaller than expected, with tiny rooms but it had a porch, that was good. no elevator :( so it was a hastle to carry my things up and down. Service experience was aweful, they were rude and never said hi, only when I checked in. The desk clerks were so rude and if they did not talk to you they gave you a bad look, it got to the point were I had to check out two days early!!!! because of their service, with no refund whats so ever. I love the location and Acapulco was great but I will not stay there again, unless the hotel change their hostal service!

We stayed at villas la lupita two nights,there are to many good restaurants around,the hotel is in a very nice place.there is a beautifull beach about five minutes walking distance from the hotel,a nice bar would be perfect,the staff is very friendly i hope i come back soon.
