Dimanche 14 juin 2026 à 08h, Le comportement d’une personne à l’accueil, alors que le wifi de l’hôtel ne fonctionnait pas, et m’était indispensable pour utiliser mon téléphone. Cette jeune fille tres arrogante et pas du tout souriante s’est contenté d’exprimer sa totale indifférence face à mon problème. J’ai rarement vu tant d’amateurisme et de grossièreté. Qu’elle change de métier au plus vite et pour le bien de tous. J’ai demandé l’intervention de sa supérieure qui elle, a su régler mon problème en quelques secondes avec un peu de bonne volonté et d’amabilité. Une professionnelle.

Zimmer sind angenehm.

Ausstattung im Zimmer. Weder ein Bademantel noch etwas anderes für Pool oder Sauna. Bescheidene Anzahl von Tücher im Zimmer.

Great hotel very close to the airport, the shuttle service is a big plus, easy access to public transportation, would book again

The breakfast is not included in the price, but it still worth paying

It has a nice pool and sauna. The room was very comfortable and big. It is near the airport and it has a free shuttle which is very convenient.

I had to pay by credit card which I didn't know, and you don't gave a lot of restaurants around so I had to eat in the hotel which was ok but not amazing

We loved everything about this property From the spacious room and bathroom, the buffet night meal, the bar/cafe and how close it was to the airport. The property had a courtesy bus for pick up and drop off from the airport.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here to attend a nearby event in Het Amsterdamse Bos. The room was large, super comfortable beds, good sized bathroom, big desk to work from (and wifi that worked), and great facilities for food/drinks with coffee/tea & kettle, bottle opener, and small fridge (this was so great, as it's hard to find hotels these days with fridges). Loved that there were ironing facilities in the room as well and a powerful hairdryer (which ladies will know, can be hard to find too in hotels). Soundproofing was excellent as well, I slept so deeply! Loved going for a swim everyday in the indoor pool, small but enough for some decent laps, and the great gym onsite. Didn't try breakfast due to the cost, but the bar/restaurant was good and open until midnight which was great for coming back in the evening. Mini-shop in reception was also handy. The free shuttle bus specifically for the hotel only from Schiphol was efficient and the info was super clear on its arriving times. Overall, loved my stay here and definitely would stay here again!

Overall, I had a really nice visit to this hotel. Only issue with the check-in - some important information for my stay wasn't provided or clearly explained as part of my check-in process with the reception staff on at the time. However, later the staff were more helpful. I was also surprised to not receive any house-keeping despite staying for 3 nights. Besides this, everything was positive at my stay!

Les ascenseurs qui fonctionnent, c’est à peu prêt tout! Le reste est catastrophique

La literie très inconfortable Le personnel qui est juste présent mais c’est tout La propreté ou plutôt la saleté Etc etc Franchement ne vous fiez ni au branding haut de gamme ni au prix supérieur en espérant en avoir plus pour votre argent. Il n’y a aucune valeur dans cette expérience
