Location

Check in time was 15pm. We arrived 15:30pm. After waiting for 45min to check in we all got the message that our rooms were not ready yet. No compensation, nothing.

De kamer was prima. We kregen een upgrade naar deluxe omdat we 2 aparte bedden wilden. Dan maakte alle negatieve ervaringen beter

We stonden 40 min te wachten om in te checken. Vervolgens kregen we te horen dat ons kamer nog niet klaar was (was inmiddels 16.15). Zeer chagrijnig balie medewerker. Ik kreeg na aandringen een gratis drankje. Bar / restaurant personeel zeer traag en ook onvriendelijk. Restaurant viel me op dat het het vieze uitstraling had, eten op vloer wat niet schoon gemaakt was. Er was een festival en KLM open. Dit is al jaren zo dus enige anticipatie hierop met personeel was wellicht slim geweest.

"Close to the airport with free shuttle service."

The shuttle to and from the airport were convenient. We were able to store our luggage with staff prior to check in (we arrived early).

I think it is overpriced for what you are getting. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so it felt expensive for a night of sleep! The rooms are clean but show wear. The bed was comfortable.
