Residence Inn by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins

It was great and service was wonderful!!!

Booked two rooms for myself and a family member for a wedding in the area in November 2024. We had such a lovely experience that I had to take names to say thank you! First, Check-in was quick and friendly (Jessica was the person to help us get that done). The room was very comfortable, nice and clean. My biggest plus was that the windows open! I got to keep a window cracked to avoid stuffy recycled air at night. Breakfast options were tasty and my uncle and I sat by the tables in the lobby every morning with coffee and great conversation with staff (specifically Lori who was very pleasant to deal with). I did have to use the laundry thanks to a wine spill and the laundry room was clean and sanitary (someone was using almost all of the machines though - guess I should have gotten there earlier lol). Throughout our 4 days stay we also chatted with Sheryl and Aaron who were all very kind and professional. I wish we had a reason to come back to this area in Colorado (I do have a sister in Basalt but that's kind of far) because I'd stay here every time! If I had to say anything could use improvement it would be about the gym and pool/hot tub area. The hot tub did not work and the pool area was in a dire need of a makeover. The gyms' cardio equipment did not work at all and poor Sheryl wasn't sure how to assist so we were offered the gym right next door at Fairfield. This was fine with us so I don't think that is really a big deal but worth mentioning for those who might think they are going to stay on their fitness routine when they travel here. Not a deal breaker for us! We had a great time! Photo submission is cool view while waiting for elevator on top floor. Oh and if you take the stairs, check out the view from there too! I didn't get any photos.

Easy in and out yet a quiet area but close to everything. Great service and everyone was very helpful and positive. Thank you!

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and came back because we really loved it. Unfortunately this trip we were in a room where the heat didn’t work and it also smelled really bad. We overlooked the smell, as we don’t expect perfection, but by the time our kids were getting in bed it was clear that the heat wasn’t working, by then we had unpacked and figured we could just deal with being cold for the night. I’m sure if we said something they would have made a room switch, as they seem very kind of accommodating but we just dealt with it. The front desk personnel and breakfast attendant were both really kind and we love this location, we will still come back but maybe check the heat before we unpack!

The staff was great!! The breakfast was great and filling. Lots of coffee and food selections. Clean room and facility. Will come back again!

The hotel overall was great. Check in and check out were easy and both ladies were friendly and efficient, and also accommodating when we asked if there was any way to get a room on the top floor. The room was good, other than the bed. It was most definitely on the firmer side and left us older parents hurting. The pool was fun for our son. But the highlight of the stay was the breakfast and the amazing woman who made it possible.

there were two rolling dumpsters in the hallway by the room filled with trash.somone dropper the ball! why would maintenance do that? very un 😎 🆒️
