The stay was fine. The extra charge for breakfast was terrible. I'm frustrated with extra charges which is either on Booking.com or the hotel. I don't know because I can't get answers.

I paid for the breakfast through Booking.com, but was also charged $40+ from the hotel. I want to be reimbursed. I'm frustrated with both organizations now. Did Booking.com not communicate with them? Did the hotel not honor it? I don't have the money to pay for this. I was on a trip for a funeral and trying to save money by purchasing my meal through the booking.com app.

I booked this hotel for my in-laws who came to watch their granddaughter play in a soccer tournament. First night they were woken up in the middle of the night by people screaming outside of their room having a fight. Then receptionist tried to tell them breakfast wasnt included in their reservation (it was). It took showing them a screenshot of the reservation to get their food. Breakfast was inedible. Pre-made sandwiches on bread so burned my mother in law said she could not even bite through it and ended up throwing the whole thing away. I dont know what is happening with this property but it seems to get worse with every stay.
