ARUSUSThe breakfast was nice (waffle maker did not work properly) Coffee all day was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the housekeepers were amazing. They cleaned and replenished our rooms almost everyday. Location was a little difficult at first, but once we arrived it was perfect. Close to highway and other restaurants. Pool was nice, but hot tub was closed. Having separate pool towels was plus. Gym was simple, but just what we needed.
THE front desk STAFF was horrible. The first night we checked in, we could not get into the hotel. The doors were locked and we kept calling the front desk, Finally a customer came out and let us in and the front desk lady came to the front desk. She was extremely rude and stated that she locks the doors at 9pm. She kept telling we should have called first, which we did. We had multiple interactions with the front desk staff and majority of them were rude. I wish the front desk staff was as nice as the housekeeping staff. The elevator (only one) was working. It was extremely slow and they had the emergency key inserted, which extremely unsafe.

Only one elevator was working and there was no ventilation in there. It was very hot in the elevator as a result. The elevators also needed mopping b/c it was dirty and sticky on the inside. High traffic areas definitely needs to be cleaned more frequently.
