"Excellent"

Hotel was quiet. Room was OK. Really appreciated that breakfast was open for 4 hours on the weekend.

Minor detail: at check-in we were told that key access from the entrance closest to our room was "wonky." Worked ok most of the time but one morning neither I nor another guest could get it to work. If they know there's a problem, why not fix it?

The rooms was decent and seemed clean although there were stains on the sheets which is not ideal.

The property is listed as having a pool. Traveling with a 13 year old, a pool was a must. The pool was not in working order and is a plunge pool at best. We were not happy with this aspect of the hotel.
