The staff is always helpful and friendly. There was no cereal at breakfast. I was there 3 mornings, and it was always sausage which I can not eat. The shower was hot with great pressure. The toilet moved everytime you sat down. It rocked. The whole toilet.

We loved our stay. Staff was friendly. It was very clean. It was quiet. But the breakfast I would have to give a 6. Not alot to choose from and the grave was really thick and not to tasty. But I didn't go hunger so couldn't have been too bad.

"It was a horrible night I'll never do it again and should be a shame of yourselves making me have to"

I had to pay twice. And have to wait on a refund. You can take the money right off my card but it takes three days for a refund it's not fair and I will never use Quality Inn or booking.com
