The most unclean room I have ever booked. Bed sheets were disgusting.

The night we checked in I asked for towels because the room did not have any. The staff apologized and told me to go to the laundry room to pick some up. When I went to the laundry room it was empty and I even checked the washer and dryer. I guess they were all out. I had one towel of my own and my entire party had to share it. I also heard the neighbors talk about only having one towel. The next day I bought my own, just in case they still didn’t have any. The soap dispenser for the hands was empty. Also the soaps in the shower were also all empty. And we only had one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay. The floor was dirty it did not seem vacuumed. The bedding was clean and the beds were made when we came in. But the rest of the room was not stocked on the necessities.

Staff was rude and had a kid, Bed sheets were stained, black mold in the bathroom, dirty floor, and shower over flooded.

I did not like anything the whole entire place was absolutely disgusting everything was filthy The pictures are deceiving the beds are terrible they are on some weird platform with some ratty old mattress bottom.

The place smelled terrible and none of the pictures matched what was there everything was disgusting The beds were terrible. The property was filthy. The pictures are lies

I’ve stayed here before with no issue. It took 3 rooms to find one clean. No face towels, no one to give me one, no bath soap or shampoo. If you’re not going to keep full containers, don’t offer soap and shampoo. I’m low key and was nice about the whole situation but there shouldn’t be evidence of a toilet that wasn’t clean in two different rooms.

Room was worth the money and it was a good location.

The toilet kept getting clogged and the heater was outdated.

Free cancellation , it’s a cheap hotel but I have got better service for the same price in other hotels .

The toilet did work properly and got clogged as we got the room. We complained and the laid in the reception asked as to get the plunger in a room of another guest… we found it tremendously uncomfortable but since she had health issues we went to the room and no one open the door… ( so many rooms with the same toilet issues) So we stay with a bathroom clogged during our stay what made it very unpleasant.

The room was an absolute mess and smelled terrible. The linens were thin as paper and had blood stains. We didn't even get a proper blanket nor did they have extra when we asked. The mattress was in poor condition it looked like a matress topper instead of an actual mattress. There was a pillow under the mattress to make it more "sturdy". The room was absolutely disgusting and wasn't maintained at all. The price is not even worth the stay. We stayed one night then ended up staying at a different location.
