The room was filthy. Dirty floor. Hair and dirt all over bathroom. Toilet obviously had not been cleaned. It was gross.

The room lools like it hasnt had an upgrade in a very long time. There were stains on the towels and bed sheets. The bathtub was disgusting with a dark grime and it looked like there was mold in the jets of the jacuzzi which caused us to not even want to take a shower. There were a lot of flies in the room, both dead and alive. If we weren't so tired from traveling all day, we would have gone to another hotel.

Staff was great. We stopped because of an interstate closing. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean.

Flies were all over the room. Bathroom handle on hot water was broken off. Door handle to bathroom was loose. There was no door on toilet area tv controller did not work. We could not watch TV. There was no breakfast as was promised. The keys had to be re keyed as we cold not get into our room after dinner When checking in there was no lobby and no one to greet us. The hotel was under construction but there were no provisions for a pleasant stay

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. It was nice to have a sofa to sit on and watch tv. We will definitely stay here agin!!

The rooms were not recently upgraded as indicated and look nothing like the photos on Expedia. Pillows were small and lumpy. Towels were old and frayed. For a nonsmoking room, the bed skirt to lay luggage on had cigarette burns/holes.

"Broken systems "

Arrived at hotel late and tired abd was told my room was "pending" as it had not been paid yet. I insisted that the Hotels.com app showed my room paid I even had the charge in my bank account. She insisted that was a "pending" charge with my bank and that "Expedia' had not sent payment because the transaction was "declined" It was 1.30 am, and nonone to be reached at Hotels.com . The chat line had a 15min wait time. So I had to use my credit card and pay again directly to the property. The clerk said the manager will be in, in the morning to sort it out. I hope I didn't double pay.
