商店街に近くまたウォーターフロントへも少し脚を伸ばして…って感覚で散歩できるので佐世保の街を楽しめた フロントの女性の対応が良かった

去年、Booking.comで予約して行ったのに、フロントの男性担当者が支払い済の宿泊料金が違うと主張し、倍額払うことになった。非常に不愉快な思いをした。今年はなんのトラブルもなく また今回の女性担当者はこの数年わたしが毎年利用していることも念頭にあったようで気持ち良く宿泊できました。
