Sea Breeze Inn beach rentals

Inside very clean and okay but no property people were around the whole two days we were there.

Location, location, and location! The beach across the road is a treasure! Very lovely owners, easy to communicate with, quiet place.

Beware! This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in, ever! The room I was given was on the 2nd floor and when I entered the musty smell was terrible, the mold was disgusting, the light in the bathroom didn’t work, the tv didn’t work due to it not accepting the password and the ac didn’t even have the vent on to blow the air away from the bed! All I needed was a place for a night as I had plans for the evening and the following day and if I ever booked this place for more than a few hours, I would have never stayed there, disgusting!!! No other way to describe it, even the landscaping was horrific… Not happy Hotels.com for even offering tis place!!!

Location was nice and quiet with a very short walk to a nice beach

Room was very small, walls paper thin, coffee maker didn't work and there were bugs in the bathroom

So much potential but the property needs some TLC. Back yard junk piles need to be removed.

A throwback to earlier days. And a short walk to the beach.

The only good thing is how close it is to the beach. Everything else was very bad. Room was old, dirty, musty. Windows were dirty, could not really see thru them. Bath has mold on ceiling. Bath fluorescent light took hours to come on. AC was filthy. Light swith was plastered into wall, pretty sure an electrical code violation. Water spots on ceiling. Wifi that only connects downstairs in the hall and drops in your room. The list goes on. Landscaping was sad, overgrown weeds and vines. Even a pile of construction debris by the walkway. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. I could not even stay my last night. It is bad, if your tempted to stay there, don't, it will ruin your whole time at the Cape.
