"A Good Nights Sleep"

Our trip through Fernie is just that, a stop and go needing a place to stay overnight on our long journey. Our accommodations are always ready for us when we arrive. The room is always clean and up to our needs. (We get a pet friendly room.) The staff is always friendly and accommodating to our needs if any. Highly recommend the Fernie Fox Hotel.

"Disappointed about the hot tub being cold and felt like the stay was a bit overpriced because of it"

The free water bottles were great and the customer service was great, the employee really wanted to help when the hot tub wasn't working and apologized.

The hot tub was cold when we got into it and it was the main reason I came to stay there, otherwise paying $230 for 1 night and no working hot tub felt like a lot of money and wasn't really worth it. Stayed in a different hotel the next night that was slightly cheaper and had much better amenities. The towels in our room had stains on them and the shower was not very well cleaned.

Very comfortable, great staff, excellent communal kitchen. Nice decor. AND the TV was user-friendly so we could watch the Jays game in comfort. Best spot on this long road trip so far!

This was a quick stay. It was a great experience. Very easy check in and out. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It was a great room, the set up and furniture was perfect. I will be coming back for sure. A great location!!!

Clean, convenient, newer, took advantage of the free rental bikes, we have been thinking of buying some and this was the perfect opportunity to try them out.

A little pricey, but I guess it is high season.
