We were upgraded to a spectacular house Wonderful.

Very central

The location, we've been going for years and had fond memories with our kids there. The staff is really efficient and helpful in sorting out problems, we were impressed how they dealt with us.

There was a family reunion function all weekend and music was so loud three nights in a row we couldn't sleep. We feel functions like these impose on other guests, we couldn't use the restaurant even. Our booking was also not on the system and they had to put us in temporary accommodation for the first night and moved us the next day which wasn't pleasant.

Been to the resort for the 3rd time so that says a lot about it then..

The property is convenient situated for a family. The direct access was amazing with our 2 small kids.

When we arrived the freezer section was busy defrosting so we were unable to use the fridge. I actually had to take warm water and a cloth to defrost it myself. The advertised play area at the restaurant by the pool was also nonexistent. This was very disappointing for my kids.
