Property was great! The 2 Swimming pools were great & the one was right across from our room. Breakfast buffet was awesome.. All the foods we're all fresh & delicious & had a great selection of fruits! Bathroom design could have been a little better as it was huge & there was not enough shelving or counter spaces for the size. Shower had plenty of hot water ... Our room was on a second floor which I didn't expect but it had a slightly nice view of the beach. It was only about a 10 minute shuttle to Ancient town which was convenient... All the staff were kind, helpful & super accommodating !!

Property is across the CUA DAI Beach. Beautiful riverview and diverse international cuisine. On site restaurant is 4 star. We did not mind being far from the downtown center. Easy accessible to grab car if someone would like to do shopping at the Hoi An Central Market.

We enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Beach Resort. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast had plenty of options. However, we felt that certain areas of the resort, particularly where we stayed, could benefit from some updates. The design was quite dated, with a lot of concrete, making it feel less visually appealing.

We loved the resort, and the staff were friendly and helpful, however we needed a hand rail in the bathroom and the private beach was not as expected, usable or accessible .

Nice hotel , charged extra for upgrade although was our anniversary Weather was hot so pool was way too warm to use Staff were very helpful Walk to beach bars and restaurants across street Def stay again

The food was a bit disappointing, nice selection but some lacked flavour. The room had a Smart TV but no Apps such as Netflix or Internet Explorer. Minor points but would make a difference, especially on a rainy day. Staff were fantastic and so genuinelyfriendly!
