I came for my friend’s graduation and truly loved the staff. Everyone was very professional. Janine was especially helpful at the front desk and greeted me with a smile. She ensured I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome.

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick. The location was convenient, but the amenities were good. Overall, it was a decent stay and good value for the price. I appreciate Jake for all of his support.

We are in town for a funeral, and staying downtown was the best fit for this trip. We had never stayed at this Hampton Inn before, and when we arrived in our Lyft, a gentleman met us with a luggage cart. We walked in, and Janine greeted us with a warm, pleasant smile. Our room was not ready because we arrived before 10 am, so we decided to grab breakfast from their breakfast area. It was a standard Hampton Inn breakfast with no surprises, and that is what we wanted: no surprises. We met Kevin, the Quality Assurance Inspector. He is in town for an on-site visit and walk-through. We had the pleasure of chatting with him for a while. We also watched him help guests with their luggage and serve as a resource for the front desk team members. We also learned that we know some of the same people in Charleston, South Carolina. During breakfast, we met John Campbell, Director of Sales. We had a great conversation with him and later saw him in his office. As I was fixing my plate, Yolande Lacan stopped by our table to see how we were doing and to ask about our stay. We were impressed by her actions, as she is the property's General Manager. As business owners, we understand the importance of that, but not everyone does. We saw her a few more times that day, and she was just as pleasant then as she was earlier. From the gentlemen at the door to Janine to Kevin to John to Yolande, they made an unpleasant visit to Baltimore City a pleasant visit to the Hampton Inn Baltimore Downtown. If you need a place to stay for a visit to Baltimore City, you will not be disappointed in this hotel. Plus, they are right across the street from Oriole Park.

Janine was really helpful as was Zues during our stay. Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, right across from Camden Yards!

All of the amenities and staff were excellent, the bed was EXACTLY what my back needed. Janine from the front desk was wonderful along with Jasmine from valet was very helpful and accommodating, would certainly stay here again.
