Homewood Suites by Hilton Princeton

I have been coming to this hotel frequently over the past two years and as always it has been nothing but a pleasure staying here. Everybody at the Reception is fabulous, always friendly and very professional. Maintenance staff incredible. And I would like to specifically mention Maria and Gloria. Going to breakfast every morning that you prepared so nicely and talking to you every morning was the perfect start of my day. Thank you. I will miss all of you!!! Frank Sperber

Alyssa, Iata and Beverly were at the front desk. All three were extremely excellent during our stay. All you have to do is ask if something is right and they will address any issues in making it right. Would recommend.

I have been traveling regularly to the Princeton area preparing ahead of relocating. Because I'm traveling with my children I'm especially attentive to staying in safe welcoming environments. I have consistently been impressed by how warm and helpful the staff at the Homewood Suites Hilton have been. Today I arrived ahead of check in and flustered because I had a work meeting I needed to sign onto. A gentleman by the name of Melvin quickly assisted me in getting into getting into a room early and on time for my meeting. I made an error booking my room this time and ended up in a studio instead of a suite. It was entirely my mistake. Beverly, who works the front desk, went well above and beyond to assist me in something that worked better for my family. Not only did she spend extra time getting us the room I should have booked originally--she was incredibly friendly and kind. I'm sure it was an inconvenience but I wouldn't have known it. It is this type of stellar service that ensures I will continue booking my trips to Princeton at this hotel.

Amenities are good, staff is good, location is good too,& really enjoyed it here specially their Wednesday social with wine and beer included

We stayed here for one night with my wife. The building looks new and fresh, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The area is quiet even though it’s close to the highway, and there’s plenty of parking. The only downside — the walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or flushing the toilet. Still, overall a very pleasant stay!

The location was convenient for our needs and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm and was informed that our room was not ready even though check-in was at 4pm. The staff said that check-in actually starts at 4pm but can be completed at any time after that, so it was perfectly acceptable that the room was not ready. Fortunately we did not have a prior commitment for the evening and were able to go out for dinner and return to the hotel at 7pm to gain access to our room. We rented a suite for 3 people so one person had to sleep on the pullout sofa which actually looked fairly new. Well the mattress was nothing but springs covered by a thin piece of batting without padding or foam. Totally inappropriate for sleeping and very uncomfortable. Needless to stay this visit was disappointing for everyone.
