The room was so comfortable and cozy, not to mention I had total peace, I couldn't hear other people leaving/entering their rooms or showers running. I slept great!

For some reason the bathroom had an awful sewage smell.

Proximity to freeway and family, easy access to main roads and stores I needed

The pillows at Hiltons are like marshmallows. I sleep pretty terribly and get neck crimps and headache. I have to ball up the pillow to support my head and neck better. Would love some “average” pillows to sleep on. I think this is not the first Hilton I’ve disliked for only that reason.

Overall, a good experience. 2 star comes from lack of hot water on our last morning. 6 people expecting to shower for a family gathering. The problem apparently started the night before, and no ETA on a fix still at 9am.
