the room was generally clean and the bed and sheets generally comfortable, The breakfast for continental was decent and the coffee in the lobby was available, but overall I would say I will not return to this hotel.

The units were very dated, carpet old, showerhead old and loud -and my husband said "it was like dial up internet ringing the entire time I showered". Barely any shower stream either. The carpets in the hallway looked to be updated but the room had very old carpet. One of the staff offered me two towels and two washcloths, apologizing for being short on towels, never offering to provide more. I had a family of 4 booked. The tv was very small- almost like a dated computer screen. Possibly a 28" and it was difficult to see from bedside. No charging ports available for devices or phones.

Hotel was close to the venue we were going to for an event.

Hotel staff bearly spoke english, asked for suggestions on places to eat and see from a locals view point. We couldn't understand him other then some italian restaurant. The pool water was cold and hottub wasn't working and covered, but no mention of that at booking or in print. Room had 2 towels and one washcloth for 3 people asked for more but never recieved them before we went to bed. Found bugs on windowsill by heating/ cooling unit. Blankets had brown stains on one of the beds.
