People at reception we pleasant and polite, the pictures online to advertise the hotel were clearly take at another location as the rooms in hotel were nothing like then, many of the lights in my room never worker and the place could do with a major upgrade, avoid at all cost much better option for not much more, on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a -2

Can hear everything going on in the corridors and the party that is still going on at 1am in the morning that is unbearably loud has meant I’ve had zero sleep so far.

Hotel is nothing like the pictures online, very rundown outside, rooms very dated, pictures online were from many many years ago I’m guessing, room was clean but had a funny smell and furniture very old, outside hotel is so rundown you would think it was closed.

For the price it is clean and tidy. I have stayed in other hotels at a higher price which were not as good. Easy walk into town centre. Property is equipped with surveillance camera. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the hotel so no comment on the food.

It was really good, sheets were abit scratchy but all in all it was really nice

Good hotel for a 1 night crash - adequately clean and staff were helpful

A little worried on arrival due to the outside looking tired, however it was on a decent road so gave it a go. We were warmly greeted on reception by a lovely gent who explained they have recently taken over the hotel and are refurbing- you can see they have started in the reception and improving the car park. Great to have free WiFi codes given to us. We were taken up a Warren or corridors (maybe not so good if you have little ones) our kids are 10 and 13- so no worries for us. Our room was in the very top back corner. Fantastic views over the city- lovely large room- and the reason I choose this hotel- two proper single beds for our girls (they are far to big to share a sofa bed now!!) The room was spotless, plenty of tea/coffee etc and toiletries. Yes, this is a work in progress, but was super value for money and gave us everything we needed for a stopover. We will look forward to going back and seeing the renovations progressing :)

One night just to crash was just about OK. It was cheap and cheerful. I would never go back though
