Wave Hotel

Ci sono stato altre volte é sempre un piacere ritornarci. Ottima colazione.

Ants in the bedroom, mold in the bathroom, no cutlery/plates in the kitchen. Had to ask for safety deposit box. Pool was disgusting and full of dirt and leaves. Had to wear a swim hat in pool and there was no mention off this on website so had to buy one there. Pool was shut between 1 and 3 again no mention off this on the website.

Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt drum herum kein Café oder Geschäfte, dafür aber 7 Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, dass Abendessen etwas wenig.

Fine inside but pool area nerds upgrade.

Die Sauberkeit war OK, das Frühstück eher mit schlechter Auswahl.

Stayed in the hotel groups of22 in february,friendly,helpful manager&staff except 1 extremely rude&unfriendly guy in reception,manager knows,group leader knows,if they dont get rid of him hotel is in trouble,we liked the hotel breakfast reasonable,rooms were clean,thank you.

A large group of us stayed at Wave during a 3-night tour. We used the Wave hotel as our base. The reception staff were organised and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh. The balcony had clear views of Mount Etna where at night, a slight lava flow from the volcano can be seen. Good Breakfast was served by welcoming and friendly staff and was of good variety and quality. A short walk down to the bay and there are delightful restaurants/cafes and bars. Perfect coffee is available at most places. The hotel is peaceful and well-organised in a good old-fashioned way. Recommended indeed, especially for a base tour hotel. Thank you.

The location is fantastic, with a lot of restaurant and walking distance to the beach.
