Beautiful and great food.

Unfortunately, this weekend was purchased as a gift for my brother-in-law and sister so that they could have a break from their kids. When they got there, the pool wasn’t super open (no water slide and bar closed at 4?), which was disappointing since it was hot, and the pool bar staff was extremely rude and snapped at my brother-in-law for trying to order a drink too close to closing. The biggest issue though, and the reason I would sadly not recommend staying at Brasada to anyone is that the beds were so uncomfortable. My sister said she has never experienced a worse bed and it was so awful and uncomfortable that they ended up just going home. They didn’t even stay the night because by 11 pm they both knew they wouldn’t be able to sleep at all. For such a nice resort this was so so disappointing. Lastly, the cabin they stayed in was not clean. When they arrived there were pretzels on the floor and sticky spots all over the counter. Overall, this was an expensive gift but it was really disappointing to hear about this stuff and feel like my money was wasted when trying to give my family a relaxing break.

Beautiful property with stunning views and lots of activities to choose from, including hanging out with cows and horses. Staff were friendly and helpful, and communication was convenient. Definitely will stay at Brasada again.
