Clean room and comfortable bed

Good, basic hotel.

The room was clean, and it was attended to each night with fresh towels. I roomed with my brother and his bed was made each day, mine was not. I realized I had left personal property and a small bag on my bed. Not wishing to be liable for property loss, the cleaning team did not move my items. This is the reason for my bed not being made, and I am perfectly satisfied with that.

Parking was somewhat limited. Not much can be done about that. It would be nice to have in room coffee, but we were prepared for not having that service, so no issues. Refrigerator, air conditioning, television, and microwave were all functional and clean.

I give Americas Best Value Inn five stars not because it is a "5 star hotel" (aka Ritz, Four Seasons) but because it delivers on what it promises: value. I have stayed here annually for conventions downtown which saves me hundreds of dollars each stay (say compared to the Marriott) and offers what I need: a place to sleep, shower, and keep my things an easy 10min drive from downtown. The staff is friendly. I've always found a parking spot in the lot, and I have never had any issues. The room comes with a fridge and microwave so I can also save on restaurants. If you have the correct expectations, I recommend Americas Best Value Inn.

Basic room. Nothing special. Small parking light.

Couldn’t even stay at the location due to air quality and cleanliness affecting asthma. After returning to the room, the decision was made to leave at about 8pm. The room key was returned and the reason was communicated. The hotel refuses any kind of refund. Expedia has also not tried enforcing anything
