Easy check in and breakfast was delicious.

Dear Hilton Blackpool Team, I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel 21st june. I was really looking forward to staying with you, as I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times before and have always had positive experiences. However, this was my first stay with my three-month-old baby, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with some aspects of our visit. Prior to our arrival, I requested a cot for our room. When we arrived and saw that the sofa bed had been made up, I assumed that the cot had also been provided or would be ready for us. However, when we returned to the room later in the evening, there was no cot available. This was particularly difficult as our baby had been unwell, and we needed to settle him quickly. As there was no cot, I ended up lying with him on the sofa bed to get him to sleep, as my partner was unable to sleep with him. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel every spring through the mattress, and as a result, I have been left with significant pain down one side of my hip since our stay. I did briefly mention this when checking out, but with a long journey home ahead of us and a young baby to care for, we decided to set off and I felt it would be better to explain the situation fully by email. I wanted to bring this to your attention as this experience fell well below the standard I have come to expect from Hilton. Air con was not adequate. Wasn't actually cool/cold. We was all very hot and sweaty. The thermostat was on but obviously capped for energy saving. Was so hot we had to leave bedroom door wedge open to allow air as window didn't open. Was very very stressful. Shouldn't of happened the air con should of cooled the room down.

room was quite large was very clean everything you could want or need for a few days. Breakfast was very accessible and easy to get. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

cant think of anything i didnt like on my stay. maybe if had to pick one thing my mobile didnt have any service on the ground floor.

24 hour parking was good. As we still had access to the parking after we had checked out. Breakfast was good too and the hotel room was really nice and cool aswell in the heat

Out short stay was excellent room368 was unsuitable due its locatiin & distance from facilities Brenden organised a move to 121 which was great as both of us are disabled which enhanced or stay immensely Thank you BrendenAll good

A better choice of Bitter beer Eg John Smiths / Boddingtons Worthington Smooth
